Which is more important, people skills or technical skills? Where do you see yourself in five years? I'm currently in college to become a math teacher so I see myself graduated and if the opportunity is presented I could grow to a position of more responsibility in this company or be in a position as a teacher with the local school district.
Why do you want to work for this company? Made up some things about how I had friends who worked for the company and they said it was a good one to work for. What separates you from our other canidates? Some answers tend to vary with the career. For example, I'd rather have an engineer with technical skills vs. On the flip side, a sales person really needs people skills in addition to whatever technical skills they may have.
